Conference photos

Add your conference photos here, then edit _data/exchange.json. Each array item is one slide, in display order. To replace a placeholder, set image to /images/exchange/your-photo.jpg, and fill in title, caption, and alt for en, zh-Hans, and zh-Hant. Copy an item to add more photos. Use descriptive alternative text; avoid putting important information only in images. An empty image field displays an intentional placeholder. An empty array hides the gallery. Images are contained, not cropped. Suggested export: 1440 px wide, JPEG or WebP. No HTML or JavaScript edits are needed. Both the home and exchange pages use this data. The gallery starts automatically with a 4-second interval and a subtle progress bar. Keyboard arrows and the previous/next controls navigate; the playback button pauses or resumes. Manual navigation resets the timer; reduced-motion users start paused. Keyboard focus, mouse hover, hidden tabs and offscreen galleries pause automatic movement. Optional url links to event coverage, with a translated link label.
